1. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 days of placing your order, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing through our official communication channels within the eligible refund period.

2. Services Eligible for Refund

Refund requests may be considered for:

  • Other eligible digital services offered by MTECH4YOU

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by MTECH4YOU.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following products, services, fees, and charges are strictly non-refundable:

Domain Registration and Renewal

Once a domain name has been registered, renewed, transferred, or purchased, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances.

Registered Domains are strictly excluded from the 7-Day Refund Guarantee.

Third-Party Purchases

  • Hosting Plans

  • SSL Certificates

  • Premium Themes

  • Premium Plugins

  • Software Licenses

  • API Credits

  • External Service Subscriptions

  • Third-Party Integrations

Other Non-Refundable Charges

  • Consultation Fees

  • Setup Fees

  • Custom Development Fees for completed work

  • Migration Services

  • Emergency Support Services

  • Re-Activation Charges

  • Administrative Charges

4. Refund Eligibility Conditions

A refund request may be considered only if:

  • The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original order date.

  • The project has not been substantially completed.

  • No major portion of the agreed work has been delivered.

  • No domain registration or third-party purchase has been completed on behalf of the Client.

  • The Client has complied with all project requirements and communication requests.

Refund eligibility shall be determined solely by MTECH4YOU.

5. Partial Refunds

If work has already commenced, MTECH4YOU reserves the right to:

  • Deduct charges for work completed.

  • Deduct design, development, consultation, research, or setup costs.

  • Deduct any third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the Client.

Only the remaining eligible amount, if any, may be refunded.

6. No Refund After Project Completion

No refund shall be provided if:

  • The project has been completed.

  • The website has been delivered.

  • The website has been launched.

  • Final files have been shared.

  • Client approval has been received.

  • Service has been fully rendered.

7. Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of services at any time.

If cancellation occurs after work has commenced:

  • Charges for completed work shall remain payable.

  • Any advance payment already utilized for work performed shall not be refundable.

  • Third-party expenses incurred shall remain payable by the Client.

8. Cancellation by MTECH4YOU

MTECH4YOU reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • The Client violates our Terms and Conditions.

  • The Client provides false or misleading information.

  • The Client engages in abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical conduct.

  • Required payments are not made.

In such cases, refund eligibility shall be determined solely by MTECH4YOU.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing time may take between 7 to 15 business days depending on:

  • Banking institutions

  • Payment gateways

  • Financial service providers

MTECH4YOU shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact MTECH4YOU first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension;

  • Account termination;

  • Legal action where applicable.

11. Limitation of Refunds

Under no circumstances shall any refund exceed the amount actually paid by the Client to MTECH4YOU for the specific service in question.

12. Final Decision

All refund requests shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The decision of MTECH4YOU regarding refund eligibility, refund amount, deductions, cancellations, and dispute resolution shall be final and binding.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.
